Returns

- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Certain types of goods such as perishable items, custom products, digital downloads, or intimate goods (like personal care items) are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@ocliffbrand.com.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
